Founder & Director, Shivalaya Natiya Palli

Bharatha Sree, Nattuvanga Kalaimani Vanitha Senthil Kumar began her dance journey under the tutelage of Acharya Smt. Mridula Rai and went on to refine her art under the guidance of Natyakala Choodamani Smt. Meenakshi Sagar.

She holds an MFA degree in Bharatanatyam and the prestigious title of Nattuvanga Kalaimani from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She has also undergone extensive training in Nattuvangam under the mentorship of Smt. Meenakshi Sagar and Nattuvanga Kalaimani Udumalai Smt. Selvi Selvan.

Teaching experience

• 15+ years as Dance Teacher at Vivek Vidhya Mandir
• 5½ years as Head of the Department – Dance, SSVM World School
• Director, Shivalaya Natiya Palli – nurturing a thriving community of more than 146 students

At Shivalaya Natiya Palli, she guides every student with the passion, discipline and dedication that the classical art of Bharatanatyam demands.

They have also showcased their talent on popular television channels, including Polimer TV, Podhigai and Sankara TV.

Our students have taken part in numerous dance competitions across various categories and have won many prizes and accolades, bringing pride and recognition to Shivalaya Natiya Palli.
